Get ready

On an original Paradise, use Send Flash Utility above and follow the item download steps. On a 6-in-1 toy, press Reset and open Flash Utility after the game versions.
When the toy shows WAITING FOR HOST, choose Connect to toy below.
Choose Back up Paradise or Restore Paradise.
Keep the toy powered on and connected until it finishes.
